Purchase Terms
Every purchase made on Sicilgaia S.r.l. implies your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Products
All products sold on www.sicilgaia.it are available at our company. However, the actual availability of a product is indicative, as multiple users may purchase it simultaneously. In the event a product ordered is unavailable, Sicilgaia S.r.l. may propose to modify your order or may choose to cancel the sale, refunding you the amount paid. Each product sold on the site is associated with a photograph. Due to variations in packaging by the manufacturer, in some cases, the photographs may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product. In particular, regarding the product’s vintage, the information on the product page is considered binding.

Payments
Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
For payments made by bank transfer, Sicilgaia S.r.l. reserves the right to process the order only after confirming the credit. Therefore, delivery times for orders paid by bank transfer may be delayed by 4/5 working days compared to those paid by credit card or PayPal.

Damaged Products
If you receive visibly damaged packages, only accept the intact ones and refuse the damaged ones: we will handle the return of the damaged packages, replace them, and resend the new ones. In case of stock shortages of the damaged products, we will contact you to propose substitutes or, alternatively, refund the amount paid.

Liability
The seller is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, profit loss, or business interruptions caused by using the Site or the purchased products.
The seller ensures the Site’s compliance with current cybersecurity regulations.

Right of Withdrawal
Purchases on www.sicilgaia.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees your right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. This right is reserved for private individuals.

To exercise this right, you must:

• send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods, including:
  • order number;
  • order date;
  • the product(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code;
  • your bank details (IBAN code), which will be used for the refund;
• wait for our email authorizing the return;
• within 14 days of receiving our return authorization email, ship, at your expense, the products subject to withdrawal to the following address: Sicilgaia S.r.l., Via Giacinto Bruzzesi, 30 – 91025 Marsala (TP)

We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.
For matters not expressly covered, the provisions of the law on distance contracts apply. Any disputes are subject to Italian jurisdiction.

Privacy
The personal data requested during the order submission process are collected by www.sicilgaia.it and processed electronically to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. www.sicilgaia.it ensures its customers’ compliance with privacy regulations as per the Privacy Code outlined in Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is Sicilgaia S.r.l., Via Giacinto Bruzzesi, 30 – 91025 Marsala (TP) Italy, represented by its legal representative, unless a manager is appointed under Article 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The customer may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by written communication to Sicilgaia S.r.l. at the above address. The customer, under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data as provided by the mentioned legislation.

Protection of Minors
Sicilgaia S.r.l. does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to individuals under 18 years of age and may request identification to verify age.
